What We Do

We utilize the most stringent process in order to attract, develop, and retain crew for many types of vessels. Each principal has a dedicated team of account managers and crewing processors, ensuring personalized operational service.

Dedicated crewing managers ensure daily communication with principal and regular check-up on the crew onboard, assists in scheduling crew line-up and rotation schedule, maintain crew pool, provides pre-boarding briefing for principal’s expectations, conducts discussion of performance appraisal including training needs, gives updates on market situations, and manage proposal for benefits package to retain the crew in the pool.

Quality Crew

We are committed to develop and maintain a sufficient pool of qualified marine officers and professional workers to meet customers’ requirements. It is for this particular reason that we established a separate Recruitment Section, which sources, screens and conducts a preliminary interview with all the applicants. Once pre-selected, candidates are given to the Recruitment Manager and Crewing Manager for further evaluation and recommended to Principals for final approval.

End-to-End Services

We have a Centralized Processing Unit which ensures that the documents of our crew and workers are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Our company has been given the authority by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to carry out in-house processing. This special privilege facilitates the processing of employment contracts resulting to faster deployment.

Convenience and Support

We ensure that home allotments are provided in a timely and accurate manner to both crew and allotees. We can also arrange value-added services for the benefit of the crew and their families such as cash advances and loans with minimal interest compared to prevailing market rates.

Through our mobile app we are able to provide another way for the crew to interact with our services. Crew profile provides basic information like personal information, passport information, and work history. The crew can schedule an appointment with the office staff and vice versa through the app. Notifications are sent about expiring documents, certification, and even flight information. It also features a feed on updates about the company’s activities and new services, latest information about the maritime industry, and interesting articles which may affect the crew and their families’ daily lives.

Technical Careers
