On June 24, 2025, Virgin Voyages, one of the cruise principals of Jebsen PTC Maritime, held a recruitment orientation and principal interviews for shortlisted applicants in the Culinary and Hotel departments.
The orientation took place at the Jebsen PTC Head Office and was led by Simon Norris, Manager for Talent Acquisition – Asia, and Prajot Naik, Junior Manager for Talent Acquisition. They introduced the Virgin Voyages brand, highlighting its unique culture, values, and the exciting perks awaiting successful candidates such as free onboard Wi-Fi, weekly cabin cleaning service, and access to crew facilities like the gym, running track, and engaging activities such as bingo and karaoke nights.
More than 80 applicants were interviewed for various roles, all eager to become part of Virgin Voyages’ dynamic team at sea.
Before the interviews began, the key advice given to all candidates was simple yet powerful: “Be yourself.”
